Does lower back muscle make you sprint faster? If it does how can i increase mor!
Question: I'm pretty sure that it does. It has control of your rotation when you sprint/walk. If you do some sit-ups/push-ups, that should help it gain more muscle.

No, it won't necessarily help you sprint faster but, it will help your stamina...you would be able to sprint farther. Side bends with a little bit of weight in your workout will help build those muscles. Those muscles are also included in crunches when done properly.
