Should I report a doctor for supplying morphine tablets?!
Question: this friend of mine asked for help 3 times in 4 yrs and this doctor never helped her
she now is getting the help she is needing however she has ruined her family

If you believe that your friend would not qualify for these morphine tablets, ie she does not have a medical condition, then by all means, this Doctor should be reported.
Morphine is a drug that one becomes dependent on very quickly if not prescribed for severe pain.
why report him, its legal for a doctor to prescribe morphine.
I don't understand your question. Why is it wrong for this doctor to prescribe Morphine pain medication for your friend? How is this ruining her family and many more families? You haven't explained the situation very well. But if your friend NEEDS the pain medication then it is very good that she finally found a doctor to prescribe it for her. Don't report him and make it bad for others to get pain medication when they really do need it.
Are you serious? It doesn't seem to personally involve you. How is she 'ruining' her family if she is getting the 'help' she needs? You are not making a clear statement here in the first place. Is this woman really suffering from chronic, intractable pain and if so, that information is between her and her doctor...ONLY! If he is legally prescribing this medication you will be hurting your entire community. Additionally, if you report it falsely you lose your personal integrity and will in turn ultimately affect people who are dying and really need this medication. Please weigh all the consequences before you make such serious accusations.
