NO!! u can exert urself and its a rule or thumb the body needs time to heal ! especially during sleep it does this, so take a nap/ sleep for 8 hrs etc and take it easy!!!!!!!!!!
U don't want to pull anything , right??

You should still work out. You don't want to be a pussy in font of all your friends, do you?

How sore are you? If you are sore to the touch or every time you move the muscle at all, don't exercise those muscle groups or that range of motion, they've already sustained the maximum damage. On the other hand, if you are an athlete or a bodyguard as opposed to a weekend warrior type, you will need to get used to training through soreness.

Muscle soreness is always worse the second day. If it persists to a significant extent for more than two days, for all intents and purposes, you have a soft tissue injury and need to treat it as such--which means, rest the injured body part. Chances are, you have plenty of non-injured parts to work out.

It is not normal to feel tired from working out two days ago.
You must have over done it. Are you tired all the time anyway?
It is best to start out at a lower level, gradually increase the length,
or the repetitions and intensity of your workouts. Many people jump
in and do a lot right off, and get tired and quit. You can also
stress your muscles, and strain them, causing you to stop all together.
Are you tired from doing something else, or tired from your workout.
If it is from doing something else, the stress of your job, or school, etc.,
sometimes a workout at the gym can relieve the stress and
you feel better when you walk out than when you walked in. If it
is from overdoing, It is normal to be a little sore , a little sore, when
you first start something, but if the soreness is so bad you hurt
a lot and it limits your movement, it is not good. If you are going
to a gym talk to them. Slow and steady. If you hurt slow down some.
you can always increase gradually, or go back a level or so.
Try a warm shower first, do some gentle stretching first, do that
all important warmup before you start lifing to avoid straining muscles; get on the treadmill a little while first.
