they cant pick up a sprain on a x ray.
you can fake it,and the doctors will still give you crutched
ha not to be mean but thats kinda funny. try running and roll your ankle while you are running and put all your weight on it. its worth a try. and if you want it really bad try to fall in the process of it. =).
There isn't a good way to sprain your ankle. If you try you could possibly end up breaking it, which would be even worse! And if you broke it a certain way or shattered it you could need surgery. And it could affect you for a long time. And it doesn't matter how much you weigh it would more depends on the density of your bones. But to sprain it that wouldn't really even make a difference.
...weird. but itll be easiest to just roll it by landing on it wrong. jump up and let your feet be unbalanced and slip so that your weight falls mostly on your ankle
if you need to fake it for school. just wrap up your ankle in a bandage and walk with crutches, or walk out side and roll you ankle steping off a curb i did that and it hurt really bad.
jump off something and land solely on the side of your foot
this will cause you immense pain and should sprain your ankle
