Muscle pain in upper back.?!
Question: I have been having a strange burning muscle pain on the right side of my upper back. It is kind of in the inner shoulder blade region.
It's very uncomfortable and uneasy especially if I lay on my side.
Any idea what it could be?
I think I got this from carrying a heavy shoulder bag. I had to switch to a backpack, but the pain is not going away.
It's been like this for about a month now. Any idea what it could be?
I know I should go check it out, but if anyone has any clues.....

Sounds like you might have pulled a muscle or something. Go and see your doctor.
