I have a stomich ach, a head ache and feels like im going to puke... HELP?!
Question: I feel like crap. I have a stomiche ache, head ache and feel im going to puke. i've been having head aches for the past 3 days, and theres the flu or soemthing going around my school....
do u no any way to help my head and stomich ache? I got the puking thing by breathing really really slow, anything for the others?

Sleep may cure the headache. For the stomach, bland foods such as saltines, jello, chicken noodle soup, unbuttered bread; and noncaffeinated drinks like 7-up, lemonade, slightly watered down orange juice. If sleep doesn't work for your headache, take aspirin if you're not allergic to it and over 12, otherwise try one of the other pain relievers. Hope you get to feeling better soon.
You really need to be in bed and drinking lots of liquids - warm water is the best
