Cut wound turns gray after awhile...normal?!
Question: I fell on my bike hard this morning, and tonight my wound is like grayish color on one part...is this normal? i put cream on it...which was benzalkonium chloride and lidocaine HCl...is my wound getting infected???? i covered it the whole day with the sterile gauze strip....

normal?cant say for sure,use an antibiotic if the wound is clean not deep,change the bandage daily if there isn't any swelling or puss after a week or two your probably OK.but have a doctor look at it if it gets worse.

If the color is getting yellow that is infection
you damaged soft tissue. keep the wound clean and dry. no cream needed.
