What are ways i can stay up with out coffeee or pills?!


Question: i have been going to sleep at 6:00 at night and the i wake up at midnight and then it ruins my sleep schedual and it ruins every thing and its anoying just help

Try going out in the later evening, like to the gym or downtown. Take a walk and get fresh air or eat a snack. Do you wake up really early everyday? If you are this could be the reason why you are getting pooped out at such an early time. You also may have fatigue, plan b is to go see your doctor.
Good Luck, may I add that before the lightbulb was invented people went to bed at around the time the sun went down just like you, so you may just be an old-fashioned guy!

go running or workout and that will give you a natural energy boost. and go slowly try aiming for 8 then 9 then so on..
