Change the muscle you work out each day. Abs one day. Thigh the next. Arms third. That way, you avoid putting yourself out.

If you do experience muscle pain, if it's not a torn muscle then it's likely the lactic acid accumulating in your muscles. Don't stop working out. Just work out a different muscle and keep massaging or moving those muscles that do feel pain. You need to break up the lactic acid. The worst thing to do is sit still in a chair or quit. Nothing sucks more than cramping up in a chair or losing everything you'd worked for.

thats a good thing man. pain=gain
dont work out everysingle day or you will hurt yourself though.
space em out like every OTHER day.

quit being a ***** and fight through the pain like a man

And have you been doing any workout before those two days? Then that's why you're sore. Wait until you're not sore anymore, then start working out again, then again wait until you're not sore. The days when you have to wait will become less and less, and after a while you won't feel sore at all. But still if it's weightlifting that you're doing, don't do it every day, do it every other day.
