hi khan, one of the best ways is to have some sports or activtiies. hit the gym hard and that nite rest assured you will be tired. the body will crave for sleep. i used to have some problem like this.

im suggesting the below based on what i did
i .plan do do consistent workout , exercise or badminton
ii. try the glass of warm milk before bedtime
iii. relaxed mind . try not to think abt any issue ,bcos when u hv a good nite sleep the next day any problem can be approached easily.
iv. i also noticed taht if i sleep early around 11 and get up around 7 or 6 i feel more refreshed compared with sleeping late and getting up late. maybe due to body clock within us

Do take note that it is a seriuos issue. i had a very bad sinus after many days of lack of sleep. its becos body needs rest to recuperate. if the condition still exists better to check with a doctor.

Besides a cup of warm milk at bedtime there are lots of other remedies that you can find in a web search for "natural sleep remedies".

I watch a movie it makes me super tired or tire yourslef out before you go to bed to excersises and be active when you lay in bed you fall right asleep.

Sounds like you are suffering from insomnia. Have you tried an over the counter sleep aid?? That might help.

1. Read before trying to nod off, preferably something really boring (tax code manuals are ideal).
2. Warm milk with a shot of any sweet cream liquer.
3. Try not to think.

If it's because you are anxious and have thoughts running through your head, you could always write down what you have to do on a to-do list a few hours before bed. If you don't feel sleepy while in bed, you should move to another room until you feel sleepy and then return to your bed. Also, you could work on your breathing, where you try and mimic the breathing you would do if you were asleep, and visualize yourself sinking into a deep hole or focus on the blackness you see when you close your eyes, trying to shut your brain off and relax.
Also, reserve your bed for sleep (or sex) only and avoid doing "work" like studying or taxes and don't watch t.v. And, go to bed earlier. Hope this helps!

I have had the same problem my whole life. Here are a few things that might help.

Try meditation. You may just need to clear your mind. Try not to think. That may sound stupid, but it is harder than it sounds. Try to imagine staring off into space. Like looking up at the night sky with your eyes closed. You can see infinity stretching out before you, but you can't realy focus on any single object.

Your bedroom enviornment can have a lot to do with it, even things you are not consiously aware of. Try some relaxing music. For most people instrumental music with no vocal is best but gentle music with vocals you know might distract your mind enough.

If you have alergies, wash your bedding frequently.

If possible get an air cleaner for your bedroom. Not only will this help you breath better at night, but it also creates white noise that will help mask any outside noises.

Chamomile tea is a traditional remedy. The Celestial Seasonings brand even sells it under the name "sleepytime". Try a cup each night before bed.

Melatonin is a supplement that can be purchased at any drug store. Start with the lowest dose possible, 1 mg tablet each night just before bed. Melatonin is a chemical that is normaly produced by the brain to regulate your body clock. Unfortunately not all the melatonin supplements are the same so if you try it for a month with no effect it might still be worth buying a different brand and giving it a second, or even third try. Some doctors do prescribe melatonin for insomnia.
