Major bruising on Gluteus Dangerous?!
Question: Yesturday I went fourwheeling, me and my friend went over a small cliff (about 5 feet down) The four wheeler did a nose dive then landed on top of my right leg and butt. I now have major bruising on my Right butt cheek It is dark purple and the size of a fist It is also very vert swollen. It hurts very bad and I have to pick up my leg with my hands to move it around sometimes cause it hurts to much. Is this normal for bruising and pain like this or should I see a doctor?

If your bruise swollen and you can feel fluid in the area it might mean you have a hemato. Which is bleeding under the skin that never broke the tissue. If you are in severe pain and worried about your glut go to the doctors for your own peice on mind. In the meantime ice the area and take Tylenol for pain. Stay off your feet also if able to
For a bruise that bad, you might be better off talking to a doctor. However, they will probably tell you to rest it and ice it.
