I do not think you should rule out anything and there is no way for us to know. You need to see a doctor right way. Do you think you could be pregnant? You can have a UTI or Yeast Infection and have a small amount of bleeding. Especially if it is around the time of your period. Please go to your doctor or local health clinic. This is nothing to wait around for it to go away.

How do you know it is not a UTI? It sure sounds like one, those are the exact symptoms.
Definitely go to a doctor. It sounds very much like either a UTI or a kidney infection.
