Low back pain?!
Question: I am 62 years old and work in retail sales, so am on my feet up to 8 hours a day. After a few hours my lower back is really aching, and it seems to be getting worse as well as occurring earlier in the shift. Is this arthritis, a muscular problem, or just age? I feel like there may be stretches or exercises that would help strengthen my lower back and therefore help this pain. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I'm 56 and suffer from a spine injury. Here is a link to the best 4 back pain excercise sites on the web. These are sites I use often, especially since the best 4 sites change all the time

I reported the rude idiot that left the first answer. (JERK)
Anyways, it is probably arthritis but see a doctor just in case it's nothing serious
