Headaches??!

Question: I have been having serious headaches lately and I fainted in the store a few days ago. Also, I woke up this morning with a bloody nose.
I rarely ever get headaches and my nose never bleeds. I'm wondering if anyone knows what may be causing this.

when fainting and bloody nose issues arise, it is time to see the doc. You need some test done either from your general practitioner or neurologist. Blood test could show up something, you never know, but I would think that an MRI is called for possibly an MRA, but I am not a doctor, just a very experienced patient unfortunately
