Does anyone know a good way to get to sleep at night?!

Eat healthy foods and get in activity during the day. Drink warm milk before bed. Or do some stretches before bed.
STRETCHING.....starting from the toes , ankles , calf muscles , etc. , etc. and continuing up-wards to the head..!
after a `day` of any activity , Stress builds up and this can affect the "brain/ mind/consciousness" by over-stimulating your thought(s) processes FROM the Day....an over-excited `mind` can cause you to `think` while try-ing to rest..!
the Advantage of the `stretching` is to relax the whole body into a state of sleep acceptance.
