My little brother has pain where the bladder is, right above the penis what coul!
Question: If he hasn't been hit there, then he could well have a bladder infection. have him drink a lot of water and then get him to a doctor in the morning. An untreated bladder infection can lead to kidney infections, which can lead to kidney failure in time. Best to not ignore it.
Also, if he drinks a lot of soda, have him cut back by at least half. he could have upset the balance in the bladder, which will also cause irritation and pain. Drinking water will help reset the balance.

It could be a bladder infection. Sometimes the little guys don't like to go and urinate when they need to-- and that could be causing the pain.
If it came on suddenly like when he rolled over or moved wrong, may even be a hernia.
I suggest that you Tell your folks and let them check him over and decide to get him to the doctor if necessary.
Good job looking out for him!
