How do you know you are about to lose a tooth?!
Question: I'm one of those 20+ year olds with gradually rotting teeth. I may fall into one of those specific catagories if you wish to mention (no insurance ect.). I can tell my teeth are going, downstream. More aches, pains, ect. More food is getting stuck, there is even one speck module cavity on the front now.
QUESTION
What happends before I lose a tooth? Do these perhaps just randomly fall out? Or would I really know it, before this dilemma may occur. And breath seems stanky.. dang, and I brush amd floss alot.

You are too young to loose a tooth because of ageing.
With proper brushing and flossing you can increase the life of your teeth.
better you get advise of some dentist and if necessary get your teeth cleaned by dentist, it will improve their condition.
If you are not Indian, you can note that India is a place where dental treatment is cheap and good.
