Chest pains...?!
Question: I am having chest pains. Everytime I move it feels like my entire chest constricts. What could this be? I'm not having any trouble breathing.

Most likely stress. The same thing happened to me about a month ago, I swore I was going to have a heart attack! I went to the dr and he checked me out, just said that its stress.
BUt maybe just to make sure, you should call your dr and set up an appoinment. Better to be safe.
