Chest pains?!


Question: At the moment I'm going through a hard time, accused of having done something I didn't do or know about. But the problem is it is stressing me out, I get a tightness in my chest, I tremble and I sometimes find it hard to breath. I feel detached from myself most of the times, and on several occasions I have fainted for no reason. On anti depressants for months yet I still feel bad. any ideas please
