What could this be...i'm scared?!

Question: I woke up about 5 this morning to use the restroom, and when I layed back down, I had a sharp pain radaiting from the top of my left brest to that bone that juts out just below my neck. I had slight pain in my jaw on the left side, but it didn't last. I have also been wheezing and coughing for the past couple of weeks, and recently I had a rash covering almost my entire face (mostly around the eyes though). I have also had a slight fever. Is this a heart attack, or just something else? Should I go to the ER? I took an 81 mg. aspirin. Any help is appreciated, and thank you in advance.

If it was just momentary, it was probably a muscle spasm.

You didn't mention how old you were!

Did you have a sore throat that preceeded the rash? You could have a secondary strep infection.

Wouldn't hurt to consult your doctor and run it past him or her!

Go to the doc.! FAST

It sounds like some sort of allergic reaction to me. I suggest getting the advice of a doctor, and not Yahoo answers, since this sounds serious.

go to the ER, you probably have a bronchall infection, or it could be a virus. or a new strain of polio. (kidding)

I have to back up the strep suggestion. I had it as a teenager, secondary infection and them rheumatic fever. It can cause heart damage, which would explain the pain. Please see your doctor asap.
