I fell down 5 steps hurt my wrist and back?!

Question: I went to the ER and they put a cast on my wrist but this morning I woke up with a bruise on my lower back that is very sore and painful. Is there anything I can do for it at home. I hate to go back to the ER for the same fall.

Try a nice very warm bath and then apply an ice pack to the bruised area. If that doesn't work I'd go back to the doctor
