Question: Sometimes eating something helps, sometimes not.

Answers: Sometimes eating something helps, sometimes not.

Sounds like low blood sugar (Hypoglycemia).

Try to eat small meals and snacks throughout the day to keep your blood sugar stable.

And, of course, tell your doctor :)

Dehydration perhaps? Make sure you're drinking enough water and if you drink a lot of tea or coffee try and cut down.

Call a doctor, not yahoo.

Do you skip alot of meals, or go without eating for long periods of time?
Are you drinking plenty of water?
Have you recently made a drastic change to your diet (ie, going vegetarian/vegan).
If so, you might not be getting all the nutrients you need, and that could explain your dizziness and nausea.
It could also be hypoglycemia or diabetes, so check with your doctor.

When this happened to me doctors though i was pregant too but it couldnt until i passed out. Then my doctor tested me for Hyperthyordism, which increases you immune system.
