I woke up feeling horrible please help in pain and sick?!
Question: well this morning i felt nauseas so i threw up to make the feeling go away then it did for awhile but still didnt feel that great then my back omg it hurts like its never hurt befor sore throat and nauseaus feeling came back my eyes hurt and i keep zoning out...any ideas or should i go see the doc asap?

Hon there is a bug going around....I have been just like you for the past week. I would call your doctor to be on the safe side....I was so bad I couldnt keep water down....but three days later Im better....

Could be anything--strep infection (I had one in college that dam n near killed me) or a kidney stone (although I doubt that would cause sore throat), meningitis.
I would get to a doctor or ER as soon as possible, especially if you have a fever.
