That's one long hiccup - try this: Take out a stop watch, and hold your breath for 30 seconds. Then, for 40 seconds. Then, for 50. Then, for 60 - if you can.
Somewhere along the way, your diaphragm will be calmed down to the point where the hiccup stops.
Drink LOADS and LOADS of water it should help
Put your thumb in your mouth (like a toddler sucking a thumb).
You will feel on the roof of your mouth that it is hard. Feel toward the back of your mouth on the top until it gets soft, then press where it is soft and hold for about a minute.
Grandma taught us this when I was little, and it has worked for me every since.
