Muscle spasms, twitches and cramps?!

Question: i have been having the above symptoms in my neck, calfs, above the eyes, and knees.
Is there any thing which may be causing these?
and anything which can stop them?
i have had them on and off for the past year...

Sometimes a low blood potassium level can give unusual cramps/muscle spasms. You could try increasing your potassium intake by eating a banana or two each day and see what happens. Sometimes, a neurological problem might be causing the unusual spasms which would require an evaluation by a neurologist. Sometimes, over doing the exercise can fatigue muscles and cause these. It would be very difficult to know what is causing these based just on your symptoms.

If you are low in potassium, this can cause cramps.
