Possible TMI re: bowel movement color?!

Question: I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this.

I began having an upset stomach two days ago (no fever yet to speak of, but my boyfriend told me I looked pale today). Yesterday I had a green stool (fairly loose but not frequent enough for me to consider it diarrhea ), more than once, and today the same thing. I read that it could be artificial food coloring like in Popsicles and soda, or an over-consumption of iron, but the only thing I've eaten that could be remotely close is cereal (captain crunch with crunch berries).

I have recently had issues with IBS since I had a baby about 2 months ago and I'm wondering if I should be alarmed or if I should relax. My family has a history of gall bladder issues, and my father has suffered from IBS almost his entire life.

Sorry if this is all TMI, but I don't have a physician or medical insurance to go see a doctor right now so I'm just hoping that this is something that will pass.

the green stole could be from the crunch berries in the cereal. You might try not eating it for a few days and see if it returns to normal color.

There are several possibilities. If it continues regardless of diet, I would suggest consulting a physician or sliding scale clinic because, as I am adding in the link, it could be more than just the crunch berries.
