Why when your lying down before you fall asleep sometimes your body feels like i!
Question: Why is it that when your lying down sometimes, your body feels like it's jumping ? Sounds weird but i find this happens sometimes before i go to bed probably once a month and when i'm tired. Anyone one got a possible explanation for this ? Is it related to R.M.I or something ? Thanks

When your body relaxes at bedtime--heart rate slows, breathing gets shallower, etc.--your brain can sometimes interpret that as your body dying so it gives it a shock, a massive muscle contraction to snap it back.
That's just your body's way of relaxing. The muscles are relaxing.
You are so tired that your muscles are twitching. I know.............................. drives me INSANE!! Hate it. Get up and stretch for a half hour. Good stretches. You can also run. If I remember right, it has to do with your diet too. Check that. But yea......... jog in place for a while or stretch.
LOL How many pots of coffee do you drink?
Kerrick is right it could be your diet. Maybe you need more potassium. Eat a banana and some peaches etc.
