Why cant i feel very much in the tops of my hands?!
Question: for some reason on the tops of my hands like the side opposite the palm i have almost no feeling, like people will try as hard as they can to pich the tops of my hand and i wont feel it same with sharp objects and if it gets hit. my friend thinks its from fighting but i dont hit people with that part of my hand

Well we dont have as many nerve endings on the top of our hands as our finger tip pads and palms etc...anyway...
Carpal tunnel would not effect the tops of your hands.

You have relatively few nerve clusters on the back of your hand, so there's not as much to feel. It's the normal condition of everyone's hands -- there's no good reason to have much feeling on that part of your body, because they don't protect any vital organs or get used to manipulate any tools.
maybe carpal tunnel syndrome if you stay on the computer a lot...that causes some numbness.
or rheumatoid arthritis maybe?
