Is my pinky toe broken?!

Question: I was walking up the stairs and I hit my pinky toe against the wall by accident.Now I can barely move it and it hurts to walk, Kinda.
So,How Can I fix this without going to the doctor's?

Tape it to neighbouring toe, thats all they do in hospital and all should be ok and next time walking up stairs keep away from wall !!!

my 3.5 year old daughter broke her little toe about 4 days ago. all they did was as the other person said was strap it to the other toe!!!!
