I just went back to camp and my like abs and srm and stuff are kinda spore?
i normally just go a couple of days and it goes away but i was wondering if there was another way to make it go away. im pretty fast for my size but when i run at my dead fastest my ankle and leg [ left one only] start to hurt and i can barley use it so i have to wait for a while.

Make sure you stretch out whatever hurts very well before any workout, and whenever it starts feeling sore. The stretching will encourage blood flow, which will hasten the healing process. Taking Ibuprofin will help with the inflammation as well. (It may not seem like it's swollen, but those tender tissues are hurting. Help them out.)
