Is there anything I can do to lower my white cell count?

I have a high white cell count. It's not that high. Normal is between 7 and 10 and mine is usually an 11 or 12. Is there anything that I can do to lower it?

Why would you want to lower your white cells when they are what protects your blood? Well, anyways, you can probably eat some kind of food or something that will lower your white cells. You could also talk to your doctor and ask him.
