ok if you been up since 10:30 AM yeah just lay don and go to sleep it happend to me a couple days ago. i woke up at 3pm and didnt go to bed until noon and i had to be up at 1:30 so i only had 1 1/2 hrs. of sleep so just try to go to bed.
