Can this be gallstones or something else?
well my friend, she started off having what she called chest pains and her stomach area was swollon. then whenever she ate food it would get stuck in the area near the liver and it gets hard to burp. there was also backpain with this. i mean if the food cannot be pushed down and it is too difficult to burp what can this be?

It can be something else... I know because I had an inflmation of the esophagus and it matches the symptoms you describe. I have been treating it will prilosec, which used to be presciption but is now over the counter. I would suggest that you see your doctor and get sent for a test where they put a scope down your throat and look at your esophagus.
