Need help getting myself going in the morning!?
Every morning I wake up, and I can never seem to properly wake up, focus or do anything for hours, it slowly gets better throughout the day, and around 11:00pm, i've got loads of energy. I've tried coffee, I get 8 hours sleep and I exercise regularly. can anyone help me to wake up properly?

Hmmm. Well the first thing I would want to know is have you gone to your doctor about this? For me, I found out that I was anemic. So my doctor put me on iron supplement and I changed my diet a bit, by eating more greens in salads. I'm not into spinach that's cooked. I rather have it in a salad. It sounds like your routine is good as far as sleep & exercising go. I would also say to adopt a nightly routine. For me, I take a shower, I read for 10 minutes and my body gets the hint that it's time to wind down and get some rest. If you are can, maybe sleep for 7 hours a night and see how that goes.
But first of all, I would get checked out by the doctor, get some blood work done so the doctor can see where your results are. Coffee, I would stay away from unless you're an 'everyday'er' like I am. But you can back down your intake.
