Question:
WHEN i WAKE UP IN THE MORNING..?
My joints(especially like my ankles and feet) really hurt and feel really cramped up and I also feel very tired and sometimes light headed or nauseous. Is this normal? What can I do to feel better in the morning?

Most aches and pains originate from fatigue or vitamin deficiency or both. One easy way to assure you are getting enough trace mnerals and body toning vitamins is to eat plums, cuntaloop, apples, orange/grapefruit, drink milk or get calcium and then make sure you get atleast 8 hrs sleep every night. A good hot shower before you sleep will help. Also if you are drinking a lot of liquor I would suggest drinking liquor only twice a week. Try this and see if this makes any difference. Good luck.
