Can't touch my toes.?
Well I'm really athletic but I can't touch my toes... I have tried streching. What stretches do you all recomend..

Well, you have to be very committed to your stretches. Whatchya do is every morning after you come out of the shower (it's best to strech while your muscles are warm) you hang over and try to touch your toes, then take a deep breath and try again....repeat this process as many times until you can touch your toes. Remember that you have to do this faithfully and do this 3 or 4 times a day. Best of luck! Have a good day!
