I think this is sick, is this normal?

I am 12. My buddy who is the same age as me told me his mom sometimes put her breast milk on his and his brothers cereal. His brother is 8 and sometimes gets it right from her breast too. He also says his dad puts sperms in there food to help them grow up to be strong. He says not to tell, but I think this is gross and I want to tell somebody. Should I tell my mom?

If this is true then this behaviour is seriously gross, and needs to be reported to child protection services.

I hope your friend is joking, but it is one hell of a nasty joke. And NEVER stay over at this friends place if he insists this is true, and make sure he knows why.

Talk to your mother to get her perspective, and she can make the choice if this needs to be reported.

Please don't keep this to yourself.
