How do you induce out-of-body experience?!

Question:

How do you induce out-of-body experience?

I tried a couple of times, but I never actually experienced one. I got kind of close, though. Can someone who had HAD one tell me what they did to induce it?

Answers:

Near Death I think would be the only way. I suppose if you trained your whole life you clould do it on command. That's about it.
