Headache and nausea?!

Headache and nausea?
All day sunday i had a terrible headache in my left temple with some nausea as well. I haven't thrown up. I called in sick monday and was doing better for about half the day but then that afternoon/evening it got worse. my head hurt so bad i was about to cry. I took tylenol, laid down in the quiet but as soon as i'd get up again i'd get nauseas and headache would start again. Today i came to work and just felt really crappy, nauseas etc and around 12 my headache came back :( I'm not under any unusual stress really, i'm on my period so i don't think i'm pregnant. my blood pressure has been find and yes my glasses make my head hurt so i've purposefully been wearing my contacts. Any suggestions? this happened a few weeks-a month ago as well. i've never had bad pms symptoms like this before though.

Your body sometimes goes through certain changes.. but I would go to the doctors because it has happened before.. track your symptom and consult your doctor..
