I oversleep. please help.?

i sleep at approx 10:15 at night everyday, but since it is holiday time, iam waking up at weird times like 12 noon and sometimes even later. on school days, i find really lazy to wake up, i feel like dozing away again. what to do????

When you sleep more than 8 hours, you are oversleeping and your body and mind remains tired for longer than usual. Try setting an alarm to get up earlier, or just go to bed later during the holidays. Also exercise can help you feel more energetic. Good luck :)
