Its for a pilots medical certificate in canada, if they check for drugs, can they also check for infections too or does the toxology test waste the rest of the sample?

Toxicology screens check for Marijuana (THC), opioids (painkillers), barbiturates, amphetamines, and hallucinogenics (ecstasy, LSD). Urinalysis checks for proteins, ketones, blood cells, cell fragments, exudate (pus), blood, etc...
