I'm suprised that you are a cadet and if you tell your CO you are possibly going to run into some trouble unless this condition started after you became a cadet. Information like that should have been put on the application form under your medical history when you applied for this program. If you ad it when you started you may be charged with falisfying a report.
You need to go to your CO's office. Set an appointment and go to see him and tell him the truth about your condition. He needs to know in order to make the right decision.
I'm not sure you are going to want to wear diapers around the other cadets, you will probably be teased mercilessly by the other cadets. That's not going to be fun.
You need to think hard and long about what you want to do. Be careful in your decision, it will affect you for the rest of your life.
