Why do I cough and nearly vomit when I wake up in the morning before work?
There's nothing wrong with me. Is it nerves, is it reflux?
Answers:
Violent coughing can make you gag.
Gunk draining down from your sinus cavities can collect during the night and the cough reflex kicks in to shift it.
Could be gastric reflux
Could be several other things.
