Sugar ... Headache?!

Sugar ... Headache?

A couple of hours ago, I had quite a bit of sugar from kool aid. About half a cup of pure kool aid to be exact. I also ate an Almond Joy, Lays, and some Soda. Now my head feels like its splitting open and i'm really dizzy. What is up with this?
Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?

It's the sugar crash .....you loaded up on carbohydrates and went flying high for a short period of time...but now that burst of energy is used up and your blood glucose levels are dropping rapidly. Causing your headache as well as other changes (you are probably tired and cranky too). Eat a spoon or two of peanut butter ...it has some carbs but is balanced with protien ...and take two tylenol to ease your headache. The protien will help balance out your blood sugar and then in the future try not overloading on carbs. Hope you feel better soon.
