Is it possible to grow taller if your arms are longer than your legs?!

Is it possible to grow taller if your arms are longer than your legs?
i can touch the ground hands flat w/o bending my knees. A lot of friends cannot do this... I am only 16 and quite short about 5 feet....will i be able to grow more if this is my situation?
Answers:
I can only come up with a very strange mental picture of this. If it is true, I would certainly see a doctor. At 16, you are most likely still going to grow some, but if you have grown this way already, there may be something wrong.
