I THINK i have an anxiety disorder, i hear that certain foods can decrease anxiety, is this true?!?!?
If so, what foods are they, they must be low calories because i'm on a diet....and also, are there any tips on how to get anxiety to go away, without meds or talking to people about whats bothering you? haha, thanks!

Hiya, you want to find foods that are high in tryptophan e.g. Chicken, Spinach, Spirulina, Crayfish, Oily Fish (tuna, salmon) and others. Try googling for more.
Tryptophan increases the serotonin levels in the brain, which are the 'feel good' chemicals. Give that a go :)
