When I lay down at night it smells like blood is up my nose?
it happens every night i'll lay down and i can smell what smells like blood is up my nose or something but that's the only time i smell it ... can the heat cause that?

You may have some bacteria that have taken up residence in your nose (sinus) go to a drugstore and get some saline nasal spray it is incredibly cheap, use it a couple of times a day, the salt usually kills off germs. if that doesn't work after a couple of days, see a doctor. and like the other answer, how is your dental and gum health?
