Help!?! whats wrong with me?
i have been finding myself really tired lately. i dont know if its from work or what and im not pregnant. i work a 7 tp 4 shift at work and i was staying up late and getting no sleep but recently ive been going to bed earlier and i end up falling asleep for 3 hours at least when i get off work. what could this be and what can i do to stop it?

It's probably a couple of things.
1. You don't eat properly on a work day. Keep the lunch to fresh veggies (salads etc) or fruit. (I like a big bowl of mixed fresh fruit - and yeah I sneak cream onto it at every opportunity I get) The natural sugars are energy.
Don't eat heavy and avoid bread and don't drink tea or coffee all afternoon at work - none, drink water.
2. Immediately you get home do not sit, stay active or at least get in a brisk walk - you need to get the oxygen in and also have a small energy snack and something to drink.
PS: boredom leads to tired and so does stress and I find Boredom also ='s Stress for me.

PPS: I don't keep schedules because schedules bore me and 1 more thing I find the more I sleep the more I want to sleep.
