Question:
How do I stop dizzyness?
I'm suposed to be going to the warped tour in the morning, But I have been extremlly dizzy for the past 30 hours or so. I do not want to miss the concert, I have backstage passes and its going to be awesome.
Any sugestions to stop dizzyness tonight??
I have been laying down alot with a cold rag on my forhead and drinking lots of water but its not doing much good. I dont belive I have an ear infection or such....any help?

My sister had this for years and was finally diagnosed as iron deficient. Take a multi-vitamin with iron.
