How much more will I grow if I'm 5' 9" at 16?!
Question: How much more will I grow if I'm 5' 9" at 16?

Hi, there is no definitive answer to your question because we all grow at different rates and start and stop at different times. Most boys haven't completely developed until they leave their teens. My arm span is the same as my height (6'3") and I'm sixteen. Usually your height is equal to your arms span so maybe you will end up being 6'2" but I can't say for sure. I don't want to get your hopes up. Maybe your spine isn't straight if your height doesn't match your arm span?
I take it you want to grow more? Make sure you eat a healthy and nutritious diet with plenty minerals, vitamins and lots of calcium to enhace and promote the growing you've got left to do. You should look up exercises to lengthen your spine and improve your posture.
I hope this helps :)
You might grow a little more, but not likely because your parents are shorter. Everybody is different, so for all I know you could be 6'7"
